Noise Abatement Guidelines at AKRON AIRPORT

Departing aircraft to use Vx or Vy on climb out.

Pilots are asked to make smooth power changes.

Avoid flying over residential areas, when possible.

Utilize designed aircraft run-up areas.

TOUCH & GO landing operations are not allowed on Runway 25

Limited night time flight operations: between 2200 & 0600 local time.

Runway 7 is the preferred Runway (when calm winds (under 5 knots) permit).
